01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the services provided by T-Rex Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the subsequent Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and T-Rex Solutions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any interval to reflect changes in regulatory environments or operational adjustments. Continued use of our infrastructure following any modifications denotes acceptance of updated protocols.
02. Provision of Services
T-Rex Solutions delivers high-end software engineering, architectural consulting, and digital transformation services. While we strive for absolute precision, services are provided “as-is” unless otherwise specified in a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Adherence to agreed project timelines and milestones.
- Implementation of industry-leading security frameworks.
- Rigorous quality assurance and technical vetting.
03. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and internal software artifacts developed by T-Rex Solutions prior to or independent of a client engagement remain the exclusive property of T-Rex Solutions.
Upon final payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed client artifacts will be transferred as per the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA).
04. Confidentiality
We treat all client data with the utmost discretion. T-Rex Solutions maintains strict internal controls to prevent unauthorized access to proprietary client information. This obligation persists beyond the termination of any active service agreement.
05. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-Rex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or infrastructure. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 12-month period.
